Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by KPR Business Solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and to maintaining transparent and fair billing practices.
1. General Policy
Due to the custom, knowledge-intensive nature of our services (AI automation, software development, digital marketing, etc.), all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis with fairness and good faith.
2. Deposits
Initial deposits paid to begin a project are non-refundable. These deposits cover the cost of discovery sessions, project planning, resource allocation, and early-stage work.
3. Milestone-Based Projects
For projects structured around milestones:
- Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- If you cancel before a milestone is completed, you will be invoiced for work done up to the cancellation date. Any overpayment will be refunded.
- If KPR Business Solutions is unable to complete a milestone due to our fault, we will either rectify the issue or offer a partial refund proportional to the incomplete work.
4. Subscription and Retainer Services
Monthly retainer or subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice and will not be billed for subsequent periods.
5. Digital Marketing Campaigns
Ad spend committed to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is non-refundable once deployed. Our service fees for managing campaigns are non-refundable for work already performed.
6. Eligibility for Refund
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- We have failed to commence work within the agreed timeline without valid reason and you wish to cancel.
- A service was charged in error or duplicated.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal capacity issues.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at info@kprbusinesssolutions.in with your project details, invoice number, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
8. Disputes
If you have concerns about billing or service quality, please contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and promptly.
